Pre Ordered Platters
Pre-ordered platters are now available in TJs. Catering for a minimum of 2 people, all platters must be ordered by the Tuesday before race day. Contact the sales department on 02 9930 4003 to place your order.
Seafood Platter $45 - Oysters, smoked salmon, prawns, sweet chilli and kafir baby octopus with lime and lemon wedges and traditional cocktail sauce.
Meat Platter $25 - Pepper and mustard crusted beef fillet, lemon and garlic marinated chicken breast, carved leg ham, asparagus spears, semi dried marinated capsicum, boccincini cheese and rustic bread.
High Tea Platter $30 - Assorted mini pastries, Finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream.
Tapas $13 - Toasted bread and Smokey eggplant dip, chorizo sausage, marinated tomato, capsicum, artichoke and asparagus spears with prosciutto ribbons.
